Ministry of Craft Arts and Crafts Packs for Kids, Young People and Adults Now Available!

Ministry of Craft volunteers have come up with the idea of helping a variety of ages connect with their inner arts and crafts side and develop new skills. This has been funded through the Ward Member allocation fund to help set up and carry out community projects during this time.

All 500 bags will be done by the end of next week. Local Councillor Lani Ball and a fab group of volunteers will be out dropping these off to children, young people and our elderly neighbours

This fund is available for local Councillors to directly encourage and support small groups and groups of individuals to come together and organise activities to help our most vulnerable people and communities during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The funding sits alongside the wider Covid 19 Doncaster Fighting Back Fund and seeks to provide financial support for smaller groups, who may not be eligible for other funding streams so they can make a positive impact in their community. Each ward Member has an allocation of £3k for this purpose. Contact your local Councillors for more information, every Councillor in Doncaster has been allocated the same amount of money.
